PowerBarre

Barre is a fitness phenomenon that combines ballet, Pilates, cardio, and strength training for a powerful sculpting experience. This fun, intense, and effective full-body workout focuses on low-impact, high-intensity, controlled movements to build deep muscular strength, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and increase endurance. Expect to sweat, have fun, and reshape your idea of what a fitness class can be. You’ll leave feeling toned, strong, energized, and uplifted.

Ballet Strength

Dance doesn't come easy! Dancing requires strength, mobility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular endurance. If you want to dance stronger, become more flexible, and have more control, then you need to condition your body properly. These classes are ideal for dancers or anyone wanting to improve flexibility and gain strength “the ballet way”. Your dance form will improve and you’ll have better posture, a stronger core, greater stability and strength.

Ballet class

A classical ballet class.The class will introduce basic ballet movements using simple combinations at the barre and in the center. Ballet is good for body as well as for mind. Besides promoting cardiovascular fitness and posture in this introductory class adults and teenagers will enjoy learning ballet while developing confidence, mental concentration, coordination, grace and musicality! This class is for those with little or no prior experience, who want to dance, but never had the opportunity, and those who have danced before and want to begin again.
